Review Responder

Do you know when you get a new review — and know what to say back?

Every review gets a reply. Without you staring at a blank box.

The moment a new Google review comes in, you get an email with the review — and a reply already written for you, personalised with the reviewer’s name. Approve it, edit it, or delete it. Your call, every time.

How it works

1

A new review comes in

Someone leaves you a review on Google — good or bad.

2

You get an email straight away

“Well done, you've got a new review” — with the review itself, and a reply already written for you.

3

You choose what happens next

Like the reply? Click once and it's posted. Want it different? Edit it, or ask for a full rewrite.

4

Or delete it — nothing posts

If you'd rather not reply at all, one click and it's gone. Nothing happens without your say-so.

Why replying matters

You’re not really replying to the person who left the review

A bad review never really goes away — it sits there on Google for anyone to find. So when you reply, you’re not just talking to the one person who left it. You’re talking to everyone who reads it afterwards: showing them that yes, there was an issue, but it was dealt with properly. That’s often enough to keep a prospective customer’s trust, even looking at a 1 or 2-star review.

And it’s not just about reputation — replying to reviews consistently, good and bad, is one of the things Google factors into your local search ranking.

A reply isn’t there to defend you.
It’s there to show your next customer you care.

Part of a bigger system

This is one piece of a repeating cycle

Social Reviews

Get more reviews, reply to them, show them off on your website, then share them on social — which brings in the next customer, and the next review. Each part works on its own, but the system is designed to run as one repeating cycle.

Questions you might have

You've got three options every time: edit it yourself, ask the AI to rewrite it completely, or delete it so nothing posts. Nothing goes live without you approving it first.

Never leave a review unanswered again.
